Vigo County Parks and Recreation Department invites you to our Creepy Crawly Fest located at Hawthorn Park’s Burkeybyle Shelter and Amphitheater! Creepy Crawly Fest is a celebration of all the creepy critters found in our backyard and around the world! This FREE event will take place from 1-4 PM with two special guest presentations. The speaker schedule is as follows:- 1:00 PM – TALES FROM THE HOPPER WORLD with Dr Dhaneesh Bhaskar from Global Center for Species Survival, Indianapolis Zoo
- 2:00 PM – FOSSILS ALIVE SHOW! with Animal Tales. There will be a mixture of Mammals, Birds, Reptiles, Amphibians, and Others present during the show. This is an interactive show, and at the end of the program everyone will get to touch an animal on the way out.
