Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the West Central Indiana Outdoor Expo! This two‑day event celebrates the incredible outdoor recreation opportunities in our region.
We rely on volunteers to help create a welcoming, well‑organized experience for our guests and vendors. Volunteers can choose from several roles, including parking, hospitality, and guest services. All shifts are only 3 hours. You are welcome to sign up for one shift or multiple.
Event Dates: April 18–19, 2026
Location: Vigo County Fairgrounds (3901 S US Hwy 41, Terre Haute, IN)
After you submit the volunteer form, you will receive a confirmation email with your assigned shift, role details, and check‑in instructions. All volunteers will have access to our hospitality room with snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Join the Vigo Invasives Management and the Vigo County Parks Department for and Earth Day Weed Wrangle on Friday, April 24 at 10 am. We will work to remove invasive shrub species from the Elliot Woods at Prairie Creek Park. Our start location will be at the Elliot Wood Head Trail within the park. Please bring gloves and loppers if you have them! We have a some to share, but supplies are limited.
