T’ai Chi Chih in the Park

Join us for a free, gentle T’ai Chi Chih session with instructor Hannah Hedrick!
This healthy movement session will include breathing and stretching exercises. Everyone is welcome to participate, whether seated or standing, and there is no commitment required. Attendees may stay for the full session or drop in for just ten to fifteen minutes.
The event will take place on June 8, 2025, at 2 PM at the Hawthorn Park Labyrinth. We hope to see you there!
Meet the Instructor: Hannah Hedrick is a longtime accredited T’ai Chi Chih instructor who has been actively involved in promoting the practice across various communities. She has taught in locations such as Chicago, Indiana, Alaska, and Hawaii, working to build local T’ai Chi Chih connections. She has also combined T’ai Chi Chih with other wellness practices, including yoga and Peer Bodywork, which she developed based on Thai massage and Polarity Therapy.
